Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of BYDY.NET (the « Company», « we », « us ») processes personal data when you visit our websites, use our applications, or interact with our services. It does not replace our Terms of Service, which govern your contractual relationship, permitted use, liability, disputes, and other non-privacy matters.

- Issuer or team data: information submitted when creating or managing launches (for example team contacts or branding assets).
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Platform (contract and legitimate interests).
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- Analyse aggregate usage and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
- Send essential service messages; marketing only where permitted and with consent where required.
5. Sharing
We may share personal data with:
- Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and security vendors under appropriate contracts.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors) where necessary.
- Authorities when required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data for money as a traditional « data broker » sale.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred from one country to another, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses or equivalent measures) consistent with applicable law, in addition to operating from the Cayman Islands.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Platform at your own risk as described in our Terms.
9. Your rights

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request. Note that eligibility and service restrictions (including geographic limitations) apply separately from privacy rights.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed at children under the age where they cannot lawfully consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated « Last updated » date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
